3/ Vietnam likely took more of us trying to be as manly as possible to repress. I wonder about how much self-harm might be this too.

Keeps me up at night sometimes, too. Hugs and strength to us all ❤️

2/ since my own that it seems partially true.

The other thing I wonder about a lot is, how many of our cohort in these generations is just already gone. AIDS took a lot of us and we’ll probably never know how many. 1/5 of trans folk served in the military today, if that’s also a pattern then

I’ve had this same thought from that same survey! I wasn’t even half asleep for it :)
I’m wary of the “most trans/homophobes are actually closeted and repressed” that some jump to, because parents and religion can cause this trauma too.. but I’ve seen enough GenX shells crack in the 3 years 1/

Remember the rules. It is absolutely impolite to ask how we will get to Mars in 10 years. Or how AI will ever become AGI.
But it is imperative we know every detail of how it will happen when it comes to the really pie in the sky stuff like taking care of people’s health.

Capitalists don't seem to understand that universal healthcare isn't radical. It's the compromise option.

They've been insulated from the consequences of their actions for so long that they can hardly fathom the actual radical option. Which frankly, might be the only one left.
