Also if you find yourself in near Covent Garden, don't go to the market, head north to the other side of Long Acre to Seven Dials Market - lots of fun food outlets - and Neals Yard cheese shop, where you can try before you buy 😁

My Sunday morning routine when we lived in east London was Columbia Road flower market, still cute but can be a bit touristy, especially in summer. Go early or late if you want to give it a try 😁 at the other end of the scale, Regulation in Soho is always interesting 😉
