Trump has not only signed an Executive Order withdrawing the U.S. from the Paris Climate Agreement, but also to withdraw critical funding necessary to support other nations transition off of fossil fuels and adapt to the the worsening climate crisis.

I don’t really think it says anything about you as a person, don’t take it too seriously. There’s a reason that ragebaiting is so effective. What keeps you engaged is a just human instinct. Platforms have learned how to capitalise on that. Same reason soaps keep going. Drama is easy entertainment.

Basically just the whole album “Fetch The Bolt Cutters” from Fiona Apple - but **especialy** “Newspaper”, “For Her” and “Under the Table”

“Ladies” from that album is another great feminist pick but that one’s less rage and more solidarity

It’s really not the government’s place. It’s a matter of parenting and individual circumstance. Twitter is one thing but there’s so many people connections I made and people I kept in touch with through Google Hangouts (now dead) and Discord when I was 13-16. “Social media” is far too wide a net

But it shouldn’t be up to the government to decide who can or can’t access what, and by what means access is denied. Different kids can handle different things at different stages of development. Sweeping laws like this are so harmful to so many people for the benefit of few

I’ll tell you what, Australia is of the mind that 10 year olds can be charged for crimes as legal adults. So you tell me what is consistent with that.

Slippery slope argument. Irrelevant.

6. Australia recently introduced laws that allow children as young as 10 years old to be tried for crimes as adults… yet they are deemed *too young* to access social media??

7. This change happened under labour and is likely going to hand the conservatives the election next year
