There was a time in the late 90s/early 2000s when digital coloring was first becoming a thing in anime, and everything was slick and shiny. I honestly love it. This show was just ok, but the opening is fantastic -- the song absolutely slaps.

Watch it twice to really appreciate how great this intro is!

This show's got a new season, I should really catch up...

If you have a weakness for slow-motion blowing flower petals and one of the most gorgeous songs ever (Yoko Kanno composed, Maaya Sakamoto vocals)... I haven't even seen this series but this opening is so good.
