Never thought I could get behind a prequel to “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” but James Marshall nailed it. Really gave Albee’s play some new depth and fleshed out the characters’ motivations.

The worst part of going to the dentist is fighting the urge to ask questions that might give him the yips.
“So do you always start cleaning on bottom left?”
“How long did you have to practice with the little mirror to not have to think about the reversal of left and right?”

Went to the hardware store to get pickles and the cashier ringing me up asked if I needed anything else. I said, “Nope, just the pickles.” He said, “ok, boss. I’m giving you a 10% discount on those…just a little bit of a dill for you.”

One of my favorite movie trilogies is the Cowboy Run Series.

Drugstore Cowboy
Midnight Cowboy
Midnight Run

If you have all weekend you can add Cannonball Run, Cannonball Run II and Speed Zone, but near as I can tell those are non-canonical.

I’m not sure the Brits make buddy comedy movies, but if they do, here’s the pitch: Paul Hollywood and Johnny Vegas take Manhattan.

Vin Diesel as Dom Torretto and Dwayne Johnson as Luke Hobbs in a reboot of The Odd Couple as the next installment in the Fast Franchise:
Fast & The Fastidious

Key plot point: for some reason the main car is possessed by the spirit of Walter Matthau.

In a Lyft that has one of those “ads and games” headrest screens. The demo it wanted me to try was a color blindness test. Imagine discovering you were colorblind as an adult in the back of Mykhaylo’s Toyota Sienna. What would you even tip?

My local 7-eleven has been greeting me as “Mr. Rockstar” because that’s the energy drink I tend to get. For the last 3 months they haven’t carried Rockstar (other than the lemonade). So I’ve had to have a bunch of awkward conversations at checkout because I am getting a different brand.

Adolph von Rubikstein is probably rotating F, L, D2, L’, F’ in his grave.

But, though I am a philistine with regard to his film (a philmistine, if you will), I do think The Angriest Dog in the World is brilliant.

In memory of David Lynch, I want to tell you the story of the time that a friend highly recommended Gosford Park to me. But when I got to the Blockbuster I forgot the name of the movie so I got Mulholland Drive, because essentially that's the same name.

The two main character traits for Tommy Lee Jones in The Fugitive seem to be Velcro on his jacket and a wicked ability to spit deadpan freestyle rap.
