I've never done much to our yard bc I don't know what to do to it. This will be the year I go all out. I have ideas. I'm gonna implement them. I want my front yard to make me smile when I see it.

Therapy was really freaking validating today.
She not only acknowledged my issues and their validity but gave me some techniques to help get me through the worst anxious moments.

Sat in the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack last night. They said nope, just my pvc's kicking my ass. I'm not convinced that's all it was. Seeing my doc soon, gonna annoy her with the tests I want done and correlations I'm seeing.
