I'm beginning to suspect that all this chaos is a form of market manipulation. Those on the inside sell stock, POTUS makes a crazy statement that causes market to collapse, those on the inside buy stocks, POTUS says something to make markets go up.

I love how the entire conservosphere and the whole Admin repeatedly yell that people need to follow the law without question. Meanwhile, the Admin themselves are intentionally breaking the law by refusing to release the Epstein files, after Congress almost unanimously voted for him to release them.

Just so I'm clear.

We all now must carry some form of ID that proves we're citizens or we risk being indefinitely detained by our Government.

Did I get that right? When did we become everything that we hated about Nazi Germany and Russia?

I listened to a YouTuber who is a independent intelligence analyst. He argued that the whole Greenland thing is theater for MAGA, because no rational person would actually do it, since it would destroy the US as a global power. Does he really think we're dealing with rational people?

Honest question: Can local communities build ICE like para-military forces to protect and serve their citizens? Think SWAT but as a bumwark against the abuse of civil liberties?
January 14, 2026 at 10:13 PM
I think an unsaid issue here is that we have veterans trained in war zone policing carrying out civil policing. Those two things don't look the same at all. We are seeing a complete run around of posse comitatus under the veil of ICe and DHS.

The rhetoric from the right is growing increasingly dangerous in my opinion. They see all on the Left as enemies. Not people and not citizens. All issues, protests, and violence would immediately go away if ICE were withdrawn, instead their solution is to double down on aggression against citizens.

In less than a week US Federal agents have killed over 75 people during "law enforcement" activities. It's important to remember that not a single one of them had any criminal warrants or accusations against them. They were just standing in the way of officers acting in legally questing acts.
January 9, 2026 at 2:56 AM
I think we're kinda screwed as a society. When one side can justify police killing people indiscriminately and the other can't, how do you Square that as a society?
January 8, 2026 at 12:14 AM
I remember the cheering of a new POTUS of peace coming into office. Wonder what they're thinking now?
January 3, 2026 at 11:46 AM
Between ignoring Congress by dismantling the Fed and tearing down the White House, missile strikes without Congressional authority, choosing how to spend money and tax without Congressional input, and threatening and supporting the death of opponents, do we the people still have any power?
December 15, 2025 at 10:18 PM
There has been times when our POTUS has said things that we, our specifically myself, have taken issue with, but I can't recall a time on our history that a POTUS has made a more callous and offensive statement as currently made about Rob Reiner. Correct me if I'm wrong.
December 15, 2025 at 10:00 PM
You know, I'm open to debate and grudgingly accept much of what our current POTUS does knowing that things will hopefully change next year and we will hopefully get a new POTUS in 28'. But his recent remarks on Reiner are rubicon I can just can not accept. When will the GOP wake up!

I think if we're going to now be electing the closest thing to a monarch every 4 to 8 years, people really need to give a heck of a lot more thought in their vote. Like, maybe we make teaching the Constitution a full, year long mandatory, course in HS.
December 8, 2025 at 6:14 PM
For all who car: We need to accept that we now live in a country where defending Constitutional rights is a Federal crime.
December 5, 2025 at 6:31 PM
I find it interesting that a good portion of US citizens are completely comfortable with a national fascist experiment, but a small number of citizens accepting a small regional democratic socialism experiment is world ending.
November 30, 2025 at 12:28 AM
Seem POTUS does have the authority to just declare war without any input from Congress. For some reason I thought that was something the Founders were very concerned about. Must be thinking of a different country.
November 29, 2025 at 6:24 PM
Why do blue state taxpayers have to bail put red states for POTUS policies that we all said would happen? I thought Federal support was socialism in the very least?
October 7, 2025 at 10:31 PM
Let me see if I can sum up the military conference up to: We need our soldiers to be more aggressive and lethal and to test that aggressiveness and lethality, we need to sic em on American citizens. Did I get that right?

After reading that Oklahoma will now require a statue of CK on every college campus, I will run my political campaign on requiring a statue of Gary Gaygax on every college campus. He did more to get people through college, prison, and military deployment than any other individual in US history.

The fascinating thing with SCOTUS right now is that it is full of self-confessed originality that are constantly redefining the meaning of the Constitution according to their own personal ideology. It's almost as if they're attempting to redefine the meaning of 'originalist'
September 21, 2025 at 5:52 PM
The fact that Comservatives aren't as angry about Kimmel being silenced as they are about CK should be a warning to us all. Whether by gun or by dictate, silencing opposing views is not what pur nation stands for.

I think we're in an era where we finally begin to realize that free speech is more of a subjective thing than an absolute.
September 14, 2025 at 2:59 AM
It seems that modern Cabinet meetings are just a forum for everyone to tell POTUS how wonderful they are.
August 26, 2025 at 11:09 PM
4 things we just learned

1 Executive impoundment to punish is defended by SCOTUS & Congress

2 Constitutional rights are a privilege granted by the Executive, not basic rights protected by the Executive

3 Executive use of military to police the people is normal

4 States must bow to Fed or else!
