And finally--if you're a CMIO/CIO hoping to implement a new EHR module, 3rd party tool, AI scribe, inbasket burden solution, etc--HIRE OUR FELLOWS. The 3200 hours of CI training they get prepares them well to be your boots on the ground, and leaders in their own right.

If you're a current fellow, make sure you update acifellows.org with your best work, and that you learn to showcase your projects. Get ideas for what others are doing and what you might try yourself. And collaborate!
