What is this even... If I'd see a website with clogs and an animated piece of cheese saying "This is an official website of the Dutch goverment" I'd think somebody did April fools a bit early 😂

The tokens make sense, utility classes do too. But apply just feels like an afterthought for people who should write CSS to begin with...
