A rash can signal Lyme disease—but not always. 1 in 3 won’t get one.

Don’t wait for a rash: watch for flu-like symptoms, joint pain, brain fog & more. Lyme can affect every system if left untreated.

Know the signs. Act early.

Lyme disease... my wife had ticks on her legs today, despite wearing long trousers. Always check for ticks. I had Lyme disease, with long term consequences. You really don't want it. Pass it on, please, if you can. Thanks 🙂

Seen a Flower Crab Spider? Get that camera out! 📸

By taking a few pics (potentially sending a sample), you could contribute to some really cool science, led by @envirosyment.bsky.social! And if you’ve never seen one, now is the time! Check out the handy thread below for ID help 🔍

#SpiderSpies 🌼🕷️🌿🕵️
Hi everyone, I am launching a community science scheme "Spider Spies" where we are asking you, to send us pictures and if you're keen and able samples of Misumena vatia, the Flower Crab Spider to investigate their interactions with their host flowers and the invertebrate community around them.
