I'm fascinated by the emerging discipline of change leadership and the good things that happen when we help people master the change leadership skillset. Each week I share what I'm seeing and learning via the S3T newsletter & podcast: www.s3t.org
If Chicago ICE raid was serious ie armed dangerous intl criminal orgs - why telegraph ahead of time that Chicago is a target??

The raided building was in foreclosure - unclear if anyone manages the property. Perfect for a video stunt / CoD fantasy for bullies - that terrorized little kids.

Think about the last time you changed your mind on a significant issue. What allowed you to do that? You probably gained new information in a low-key, non-insulting, manner. It probably happened over time. This is how good convictions are formed.

Really good convo here: So, I do engage those I disagree with. 3 reasons: 1. I shed my old views because people were willing to help me see a different view. 2. I do find that people change their minds. 3. Its how change happens...Not doing it is (to me) a form of surrender.
