So nudity is essential for me today.
When being nude, self-confidence is growing constantly. There is nothing, that can hurt me, even mean commentary (which really happens rare).
And a great thing is, that inner criticism stopped!

Shame vanished out of my life. I can be nude and totally myself.

I got massive problems with my mom, who called me a pervert.
And I beleived this. I thought, I must be a pervert, because I couldn't stop shaving.

What a great location and we could stay the whole 3 days naked! WOW
