Not a fan of gelatine as I find the taste a bit weird or it could be me being weird by being able to taste it in the beer. Brausol is a vegan friendly (added bonus) and doesn’t leave any flavour trace, just my personal opinion. Usually really good and takes a couple of days.

Homebrew centrifuge is the holy grail that I’ve still not seen anyone try to create, maybe one day

It’s just so useful, quick and easy for beers where you want malt and hops to be the hero in a clean ferment.

You spoken to to the doc about this?
Been suffering similar for ages, found out I had issues absorbing vitamin B12 and D, supplements have really helped and also dealing with my sleep apnea with CPAP. Qualify of sleep is really important.
I’m way better now than I was
