Indian J Anaesth: RCT (n=134) comparing TIVA vs inhalation anaesthesia in laparoscopic hysterectomy. TIVA: faster GI recovery (~4.5 h quicker), better pain control & hemodynamic stability. SF+D primary endpoint significant (P = 0.02).

RCT (n=60) shows that 3D CT + virtual endoscopy didn’t reduce airway management time vs. conventional assessment in head & neck cancer surgery—but it improved decisions on ETT size, nostril choice & reduced OELM.
