@mcuban.bsky.social l wonder if tariffs can be challenged in court…this amounts to a tax on Americans without Congress’ approval which is illegal & also nullifies trade agreements that were previously signed & ratified by congress…would you be willing to put resources to challenge this in court?

IMHO the TSLA board is the most incompetent board of all companies…they have a fiduciary duty to shareholders and have failed miserably…they should have fired Elon a long time ago and it would have been last damaging to the company
