Roughly only 10-15% of people in India are fortunate enough to have a sudden, pain-free death. The rest of the people die due to chronic diseases which are associated with prolonged and often suffering full journey till death. What part of the suffering is avoidable?

How does one make sense of the world these days?
I've been coping by putting my hands to good use- learning how to crochet crazy cat-lady scarves of kittens, quilting with leftover scraps...
The act of making something makes me feel less helpless . We could all do with some of that comfort now.
