UPDATE: HR 35, the "Agent Raul Gonzalez Officer Safety Act" passed out of the House. Among dem who yes voted were Rep. Budzinski and Rep. Sorenson. HR 35 would grant sweeping powers to detain and deport non-citizens, including green card holders, without due process.
