He got to go to the pub yesterday and did nothing but lay down and receive pets from everyone. He still slept like a baby once I got him home.

I stopped at the neighborhood pub after work.I’ve seen 2 girls doing lines, had a girl introduce herself for the 90th time (she’s always wasted when we meet), seen cooch, been asked if I’m the bartenders girlfriend, and had one guy buy me every drink. The alcohol is not fixing this headache.

In our initial sweep of my grandmothers, I was lucky to get a few things that bring me joy. A ceramic that resembles the cocker spaniel they had when I was a kid, a piece of the blue willow she’s had since before my birth, and a piece of forest fancies that I didn’t know existed
