I’m in 3 volleyball leagues, 1 pokemon draft league, a book club (independently reading Stormlight) and I just got my hands on Xenoblade X…. No clue when I am gonna have time for that 🤯

As far as stories go Chainsaw Man this week was so emotional. Asa’s breakdown was a long time coming. I’ve also become really invested with the MCs of Rhythm of War as the book has progressed. Prolly gonna binge the last part soon.

As a huge Pokémon and Xenoblade fan this direct blew my expectations out of the water! ZA looks amazing and Champions has amazing potential for the competitive scene.

For 2 I meant elemental extend chain attacks. Blade combos are a separate thing that can be used with elemental combos to create a fusion attack!

3 is hybrid of 1 & 2 arts (it has both kinds) but it has a unique chain attack system, and you can switch between the party member you control at any time!

They are improvements! I’d be too much to get into here since the expansions also somewhat different combat as well, but essentially in 2 the auto attacks and arts can be timed and specials build up elemental combos which are used to allow for extending blade combos.
