With the Orange Idiot casually stating that he'd ❤️ to send CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA to EL SALVADOR, it is important to understand that #60minutes is stating that ONLY 22% of the people sent to El Salvador were convicted of a crime. Most were non-violent crimes like shoplifting.
