If you get lucky, you may also find a community that you can grow with and spur each other along. I started working in a space over a decade ago and picked up some great friends along the way.

I mean, I used to have a client that would print the entire website and mark it up in ink with edits. 😂

I was hired as the graphic designer for a newspaper & I knew nothing about how the web works. The “webmaster” quit & the CIO said, “wanna learn how to take care of the website?”. Me, thinking he was going to teach me said sure! He dropped an HTML in 30 days book on my desk & said you have a week. 🤣

So, why $200? Is it a challenge? The last chair I bought in that range was comfy for about a year and a half. So, I upgraded to a refurb Aeron ~$450. It has been over 3 years and I replaced the seat last month for $100.
Oh, and don’t forget to put the roller blade wheels on.

I’ve noticed that I can’t power through things as much as I could when I was younger & that’s ok. Take the time off but that is only part of it. Find a way for others to do some of those things so they can learn & grow. I say this as someone experiencing the same & transitioning to a new life role.
