I don't post much here but...I'm again stepping away from here for a bit. I need to focus on my dear @shadowwolf6.bsky.social as he's hurting. Trying desperately to find a place to belong. I wish I could do more for him but for now all I can do is be there for him and show him my love and support.

Well @shadowwolf6.bsky.social and I took a brief but much needed hiatus from social media and just focused on us. It was refreshing and honestly....the no phone rule may be a new thing we do together. We need to do more of that grass touching the older folks talk about.

Anxiety...what it feels like for me when it hits...my head gets all tingly, icy feeling and it spreads down to my stomach. I typically get an upset stomach to go with it. It makes it hard to sleep if it hits at night. Sometimes I get chills and I'm not cold. It's kinda like a feeling of hopeless.
