Someone, please enlighten me about how visa’s work…why wasn’t she denied at the border if her visa was no good? Why was ICE able to take her into custody at all?

It was bad enough the 1st three times around, I can’t even imagine how bad it will get now. Good luck to those who are in the middle of the process. It took me over 2 years, then another 2 years to get Medicare coverage. Medical bills wiped out my IRA in 2023-24, at least I had it, many don’t.
