When senior staff discriminate against me, it doesn't matter if they're specifically doing it because I'm a woman, a poc, a queer, or an ND. The truth is they're doing it because of all 4.

What white colleagues don't realise is - everytime they think there can't possibly be racism in this building - that's a racism 🤷
