I still think this was the best live-action Lex Luthor ever. Nicholas Hoult was good, Michael Cudlitz was terrifying, but Michael Rosenbaum was iconic.

This is also my comfort show. I can watch it again and again, even though Allison Mack gave it an unpleasant tint. And yes, this show was created under influence of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" & these two series essentially defined a lot stuff in youth series & set the template for the CW for years.

I was 12 when I first saw this series on Russian TV, at least the first couple of seasons, but Tom was my first crush, and I was able to watch the whole series when I was 19. So I think it counts.

I'm just watching how Kazakhstan, following Georgia, is copying Russian homophobic legislation, using children as a cover. Want to protect children? Take a closer look at cis-heterosexuals, that's where the root of the problem lies.

I have a katana, skulls, lots of skulls, a fez, a funkopop, candles, witchy stuff, my childhood plushies, a Barbie squad, a vase shaped like an anatomical heart, superhero toys, a Ouija board, all of this among piles of books. I'm thinking of adding a couple of framed posters maybe.

By the way, the film is really about violence, but not in the way she thought about it.
