Never mind, I'll put in the time and effort and switch over to Fedora and thus get rid of Canonical Snap. Its just such a pita to deal with.

Also, the vivaldi-snap package doesn't allow vivaldi to read /usr/share/libdrm/amdgpu.ids (despite it existing and being filled correctly), thus the gtk-native opengl accelerated handle can't be initialized.

And yes, I check the vivaldi snap documentation, but it only mentions the folder where the snap keeps its data, but not any folder where the data from "~/.config/vivaldi-stable.conf" would go to.
