Got the office at 9am cuz my internship lead told me that's time time he's gonna be there
turns out he had like a billion meetings to attend so I could only talk to him at like 12:00 abt what I'm supposed to do

Also coming back to this, did a bit of digging, while yes you can login with your actual details which gives the app full control over your account
you can also create a "App password" which is basically another PW for ur account without exposing ur actual one and not give full perms
