Biden is keeping a low profile. No distractions. He can accomplish more if Trump ignores him. I'm pretty sure Biden and Macron had a candid exchange, including "don't invite me". Biden understands the stakes. The narcisisstic moron is predictable. Playing to his ego in meaningless ways is a tactic.
