We seem to be on the cusp of a world in which workers of all kinds—teachers, doctors, writers, lawyers, coders, clerks, and more—will be replaced with, or to some degree sidelined by, their A.I. equivalents. What will get left out when A.I. steps in?
In the Age of A.I., What Makes People Unique?
More than ever, we’re challenged to define what’s valuable about being human.

I like making my silly 9/11 jokes, but I’m going to be serious for this post

Did you know that 24 years later 1100 victims still haven’t been identified? They’re doing the painstaking work in labs to sift through dirt and debris to find bone fragments and hope it’s enough to make an…
Inside the lab working to identify the remains of 9/11 victims
1,100 people killed on 9/11 in New York City have not had any of their remains identified by authorities. The medical examiner's office is using new technology to identify more people.

Hopefully, Belgium as a free and democratic country reconsider its move before it's too late. Middle East doesn't have a good record on free speech and democracy.
Belgium will recognize a Palestinian state at this month’s UN General Assembly, the country’s foreign minister announced on Tuesday. The recognition, which was conditioned on the release of hostages by Hamas, follows similar moves by other countries as they try to push Israel to end the war in Gaza.

Some leaders will usually craft some stories that economy is doing fine, when it's not. While Donald Trump has told his people that his tariffs policy would feel painful at first.
US consumers are showing increasing signs of financial stress as they brace for higher prices from the Trump’s administration’s tariffs on imports, raising concerns about a crucial driver of the US economy www.ft.com/content/539c...

Not retaliate is recommended, since fixing ourselves and maintaining everything that we have are more important than seeking outside validation with harsh reaction to any negative approach on us.

A recession seems unavoidable. The only question is whether sanity prevails before a depression is baked in.

If the whole world is in debt maybe erase all debt?
Tabua Rassa?
Money is a concept.
Wealth is comparative
If everyone is debt then no one is in debt.
Why do we use debt as a crippling restriction instead of recognizing we are supporting each other and thriving together ?

Nothing to worry about this. Any publicly traded asset will have to deal with such decline once a while during their journey in the stock market. Everything will be fine later, because the decline makes stock market more affordable for retail traders like me.
The stock market has plunged since President Trump took office for a second time, a stark contrast to the early days of his first presidency.
How the Stock Market Has Done Under Trump
When President Trump entered his first term, stocks were steadily marching upward. This time, the trajectory has inverted.

It's an illusion to hope that nobody is watching over you because you're an ordinary person. There's nothing we can do about it. However, you can train yourselves to be ready for everything and deal with it. It can be either sports, meditation, prayers (if you're non-atheist), and laugh often 😁

Question is, will they eager to do so? Doesn't it sound like losing their sovereignty or something?
OPINION: Strategic interdependence is more than a policy framework, it’s a mindset — one that Europe’s leaders must embrace if they are to navigate the world as it is, not as they wish it to be.

I know personally Muslims in my hometown in Indonesia who refuse to greet "Merry Christmas" to their Christian acquitances, bcs some clerics tell them that doing so meaning you're not a Muslim and have converted to Christian 🤷‍♀️ A measure to certify Indonesian clerics is being studied at the moment.

I remember those Covid days when covid vaccine was a mandatory in my country. AstraZeneca vaccine was the first available to use along with Sinovac vaccine, also Pfizer's and Moderna's. Why there was no Sputnik's, despite Russia was and is China's ally? This question remains unanswered until today.

The root cause of Syrian conflict is Islamist ideas since 2011. Syria isn't alone, Muslim majority country like mine is gripped by such ideas since 2009. In Indonesia, it's their military forces. If you're married to a Muslim serviceman, you have to wear hijab and able to read Quran in Arabic.
