I think I've gotten way better at conveying volume and putting more thought into my character designs. Also much more confident in my linework!

This ref is old as hell but it's a better look at what I'm working with here. She has limited dexterity in her left hand, and I'm certain she'd get sick of having to put her hair in a ponytail every day. Hence finally chopping it all off
