For a moment, I thought LLMs might show us some games that truly take advantage of this for dialogue as a step beyond dictionary parsing. But it has so far not.

I don't think there's been a single game that utilizes AI dialogue in a way I have seen as even remotely creative.

Apparently I have been playing Dune classic slightly wrong the whole time. If you pass during the bid phase, you're still allowed to bid when it comes back around to you, the only time you are not allowed to bid is when your hand is full. You don't get removed from bidding if you pass.
