1 egg beaten
1/3 cup dark brown sugar, creamed into egg
1 tbsp miso paste
3/4 cup peanut butter stirred in thoroughly
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp baking soda
1 cup quick oats stirred in thoroughly
Leave for at least 30 minutes in fridge
Bake 9 minutes at 350
Makes 20
1 egg beaten
