Morning view

Feels like a good time to share this plaque that someone placed in the actual Hockey Hall of Fame.
A plaque mounted in the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto, Ontario. The plaque reads “Hockey Hall of Lame” in capital letters as the header. It goes on to read, “Welcome to the Hockey Hall of Lame, where we celebrate the lamest that hockey has to offer. The only member is Wayne Gretzky (aka The Great Once). Born in 1961, Gretzky (aka The Quizling of Branford) played some hockey, charmed the masses, then cashed it all in to sell overpriced vino to uncultured Boomers (admittedly, it pairs quite nicely with very specific raccoon dishes). When he is not busy propping up a serial sexual abuser threatening to annex his home and native land, Gretzky (aka The Cheetoh Fluffer) is busy representing BetMGM, undoubtedly enriching the lives of hapless Ontario gambling addicts. Post a random game Saturday, so here’s Threads of Fate.
That blue print on the disc really stands out!

And if I arrogate myself the right to have faith and belief, I must, in good conscience, grant others the same right. It’s random game Saturday, so here’s Mystical Ninja: Starring Goemon.
This was one of the few N64 games that required a memory card to save your game. I rented this game several times as kid and tried to beat it in one weekend. Eventually I just bought a memory card. 😅

Picked up Twin Peaks today since I have never seen it and this blu-ray set was just recently released.

Haven’t posted one of these in awhile, but here’s Tecmo Secret of the Stars.

A photo of inside the manual showing two pages of some of the items on your way. Some of the items include leather boots, a gas mask, riot gun, and bunny shoes. The bunny shoes give any character wearing the item to look of a cute “bunny girl,” though Kutera cannot equip the item.

I gave myself a personal goal of reading one book per month at the start of 2024.
I came very close, and ended up reading 11 books throughout the year. And yes, I know two of these are light novels, but I’m still going to count them.
