I haven't heard any justification from Republicans as to WHY they want shutdown to end BEFORE negotiations. Why won't they give a reason for their demand?

I think that anything having to do with health and/or medicine should be between a person (and guardian if under age) and their doctor. It is not the business of politicians and judges.

And just to add my 2 cents as to why they ask about your mother's eye color: I think it's to make sure that you don't remember what your outtie's loved ones look like. Cause if you did, Mark's outtie would recognize Gemma at Lumen.
