When I first heard of the blur I tried with Sonic 2 to see if I noticed it, but at that time I could barely see it. Later that day I played on my PC which has a 144hz monitor and now the blur was really obvious while navigating the menu. I supose my eyes got used to the smoothness of the monitor lol

I think it has a japanese dub (idk if there are other differences besides that lol)
