This guy is on insulin now as well as special food for early kidney disease. These are steps we’d have never taken when we had multiple cats, but Jambi is likely the last cat we’ll ever have. So, we’ll do what we can to keep him happy and comfortable as long as we can.

I sit around in the morning and drink coffee with this boy on my lap. At least on days I’m not traveling. Today we could sit here all day as far as I’m concerned. It’s rainy and grey out plus I’m getting over a little cold.

I like cats. This is Jambi. He lives a very rough life. He somehow tucks himself in under the fleece that is supposed to keep the guest room bed cat hair free…you can see how that’s working out.
