your product is really just a customer retention strategy

the only thing that allowed my indie business to survive:

consistency.

Please no. We could to get 27 more company types when what we actually need is ONE that works everywhere.

EU-INC is our chance to do this right – once.

each month, my challenge is to beat the revenue of the previous month as early as possible.

today is the day, September beat the total revenue of August :))

I find it curious how AGENTS.md by OpenAI is exactly what CLAUDE.md is but without any mention of Claude Code

my capacity as software creator

before AI: how well & long can i lock in writing code (avoid context switching)

after AI: how many AI agents can i effectively run in parallel (max context switching)

relieved to get a confirmation that recent higher churn in my products is just macro economic forces at play

now I know what affected Supadata’s search performance: Google March core update.

fortunately it’s back on an upward trajectory, albeit not as dynamic as before

call me old-fashioned, but I'm somehow not into all these reasoning models

just give me the answer right away, who needs all that thinking??

Thank you Supadata ( @rafal.fyi ) for sponsoring @coolify.io! 💜

It can scrape YouTube, web, and files so you get clean data for your next project. Noice

I found a prehistoric screenshot of one of my first personal websites.

Entries from March 2005.

I was 14.

Sharing an update about some new apps I'm working on, and asking for feedback.

I am here for the long game :)

for indie maker, an audience is a moat but can also be a liability

if your customers come only from social channels, it’ll be hard to get your product acquired

a while ago I stopped pursuing social and focused on distribution channels not tied to my personal brand

detach money from time ✅

I wanted to quickly build a small project with Tinybird.co, thought it'll be a smooth experience

I am giving up after two days of trying to make it work 🥴

the DX is just not there... I struggled with basic things like logging into CLI and running a local instance

coming recession will be a blood bath for indie makers

are you going to survive it?
April 7, 2025 at 6:44 AM
just wanted to say that I’m officially full time indie making for 2 whole years now

it was tough in the middle but now it’s great and I couldn’t be happier with my lifestyle!

man fr, how to stop Cursor from bloating on each step?
Me: "Open this modal on btn click"

Cursor: *creates 4 components, 1 composable, 2 endpoints and ask me if I want a coffee"

cursor is nothing else but a vscode wrapper 😤

yesterday I learned the hard way that having just one rotating proxy provider (even if reputable) is not enough

today I have 3 different providers, with 1 min health checks and degradation notifications

aiming for that 99.9% SLA for Supadata ✅
