Yesterday I took three loaves of apple fritter bread to share; I fed about 20 people with it and spread a lil sugar joy.

I love apples all the ways. Today it’s my #sourdough apple fritter bread + new cookie jar. I also learned about a newer commercial varietal, WildTwist-a hybrid between honeycrisp + Cripp’s pink. I love both but this is too hard + sour to be an eating apple. Baked great, though. #apples
