thanks again, i saw your message on x and appreciate you spreading the word! ik you're probably just the comms/socials person but i just want to reiterate that your employees should know this + hope dshs puts a policy tg ensuring that employees do. also, put smth on ur website abt it - prominently.

is it too much to ask for the government to.... serve the public..... like, ok benefits aren't your deal, but the chances of you, a dshs employee, knowing exactly who to hand that card to are way higher than my own.

it's a common misunderstanding among laypeople, but vance has a background in law/worked as a corporate lawyer. it is likely he knows that kilmar abrego garcia was not convicted of a crime but sought to characterize him as a criminal regardless.
