Sunset tonight and ice is becoming honeycombed- should go out in a few weeks. Apparently there was a party on the beach too… a Wild Turkey, several other birds, some deer, an otter, and a house cat. Saw some bats tonight too!! Must have just come out. #minnesota #spring

Just got back from our annual trip to Banff. Thank you #Canada for your hospitality and pristine wilderness. I had an absolute blast despite the flat-light conditions and a blizzard on our last day. 🇨🇦⛷️❄️❤️❤️pictured are my bf and his kiddos.

Ripped some little runs today at our tiny local ski hill. All of the snow is melted here but the hill still has a nice artificial snowpack. That part is sad. Was a bluebird day today for sure.

This deer was surprised by me walking out of my shower. Lol. It is right outside my patio door raiding my bird seed. Cold and hungry. We have a herd of about 12 that visit several times a day to forage for treats.

Yeah baby! Got about 4 inches; it’s enough to go cross country ski. ❤️ I’m so happy. More fluffy white enroute next week. I’m hopeful for a giant #snow dump. End this MN snowless Winter!
