If we’re considering candidates based solely on merit then of course someone with credentials and the lived experience of being disadvantaged will make them an even more qualified leader. Especially in positions where they are expected to make decisions that affect people with similar experiences

I’ve been loving not being on TikTok for a while now! I don’t even believe it’s the best way to reach people for music anymore which was what kept me tethered

This ideology has seeped its way into people that I love and trust. I’m heartbroken and I’m angry but I know that the community I hold around me will always be a safe place for trans people. I will do everything in my power to keep it that way. Literal lives depend on it

I see what you’re saying and how it connects with ending birthright citizenship but I’m concerned this same response doesn’t hold up for ending federal funding for hospitals that provide healthcare for trans youth. Do you see an argument that the constitution protects this access?
