I drink and i know things.

IT guy and climate activist at Citizens Climate
Drawdown, modify the title a bit, please.

When i first read it, seemed like climate change is opening up more land for agriculture, not making it less efficient per acre.

You know the climate denialist would have a field day with such an idea.

It was actually center-right backed by all moderates.

Our political spectrum is a bit more complicated.

We actually elected a center-righter.

Think, idk, a Romney thats good at math.
May 19, 2025 at 5:20 AM
Our guy isnt even left-liberal.

Hes moderately conservative and right-wing, but given the alternative, and his activist background, everyone from libertarians to greens to pro-American moderate right-wingers went "Nicusor, you have my sword".

First of all, we have our own far-right insanity, nazism isnt a thing here.

But yes and no.
These movements were sheltered as controlled opposition by the communist party, and its post-communist inheritor, but as always, the monsters escape from the leash eventually.

Romanians.

Unless you were appealing to the romani to vote, which is still a good idea.

Imagining some miraculous society where everything works differently and flawlessly is useless.

You take the stuff and data you do have, and use it to achieve your goals.

If i want to participate online, do i still need to register?

Yeah, don't give us as an example.

Our Supreme Court just made a panic move of dubious legality to ban the fake nationalist, but the "infrastructure" is still there.
February 5, 2025 at 7:32 PM
Idk.

Not here to tell you how to coordinate your stuff, the Canada chapter is amazing and hardworking.

Just concerned, given this is an international mobilization, and Fridays as a whole is... well, that green gives way to a very deep shade of red, so to speak, which leads to membership collapse

Id recommend against FFF.

They are way past their glory days, and their ideological compass took a left turn somewhere towards Mao.

Cathy was the best, most heartfelt coordinator I've ever had the chance to meet, during her work at Citizens Climate International.

Still worked
January 27, 2025 at 5:49 PM
Did he achieve his main goal?

Yes
January 27, 2025 at 4:57 PM
And also federated.

Besides, some other guy, who has a day dedicated to him when Trump got inaugurated, managed to overturn the system, with said marches.
January 27, 2025 at 4:09 PM
Some of these countries have tens of millions of people.
January 27, 2025 at 3:46 PM
I wouldnt say so.

If that were true, colour revolutions wouldnt be a thing, nor how we collapsed a goverment a couple of years ago.

Will have to dig some more, for anything that was archived, but i have a personal, if detailed, experience

They used to have an old blogger site, instead of a self-hosted one, and their demands were a hard-to-read, self-contradictory,doorstopper mess

And some of their discord interactions...oh boy

General strike us are just a bunch of clowns, who's political views make Trump seem like a moderate.

Was there when they made their manifesto
