Surely a better use of taxpayer funds would be to accept more vaccine-injured citizens as eligible and spend less on administrative bloat and padding the bank accounts of external legal and medical consultants.

I never said I didn't have diagnoses or causality assessments from doc. They all clearly state that the vaccine was the cause. The problem is that zero pharmacovigilance or scientific agencies are investigating, yet they continue to convey platitudes about Covid vax safety. That's not science.
