or let's say you want to make it like a diary, each "scroll" is a single month, with for example 5 to 40 entries and when the month ends it's done and goes in a list all the previous months... I don't know may be it's only me :)

it will be more work to get to the point where your set feels right, but also liberating, especially if you mix different formats, color and BW, etc...All the current design options are build around the presumption you are telling a story, but what about if you are making a "poetry book" set? 😀

lately I've been thinking about how cool it would be to have a scroll like canvas where you can drag and resize in some kind of grid or even freehand similar to the Chinese scrolls

I always wondered why he carried a night stand size camera while his publishers always printed the photographs the size of a post stamp 🙃
