I'm persevering on that big fat fetish comic for Patreon, and am trying to get much more ambitious in how I integrate backgrounds and frame shots. Feels frustrating not being able to show all this work!

Sucks to log in and see sneering towards characters or ships or whatever. Like the current culture of posting is just to be an endless font of aggrieved hot takes. The starting point is always that there's someone stupider and with worse taste than you that you need to be taking down a peg.

Unfortunately the 'I think you should spend hundreds of hours on a painting, just for the experience!' from my mentor is tamping down my natural 'wow! Comic making is fun! I should make another fancomic about Netzach getting cheeseburgers shoved down his throat while he's fucked' artistic impulses.

Figuring out how to handle weight gain kink for the ai characters in Lobocorp... I'd imagine it'd have suspension of disbelief as part of the projected hologram but then there's the reveal that Netzach is literally physically dumping drugs into the organic meat innards of his metal computer body.

I like Yesod because he's a nutcase. I like Hod because she reminds me of my iconic fav from a piece of media I absolutely despise. (We all have one For me, it is the reason I will never play an actual critically acclaimed Yoko Taro game, Drakengard 3.)

Am sort of surprised at how well Lobocorp's working for me. I'm really finicky about edgelord style trappings and horror both and it's really hard to tell if I'm going to like something going in.
