Took down the dilapidated chicken coop and turned it into a raised garden instead. Ziggy for size

time to build a goat stall... chased a fox off the property today so gotta make sure they got a secure spot to sleep at night.

painting the tack room made me think i have too many saddles

It was warm out, so I gave the horses a workout and the whole time my 5 y/o friesian was inspecting what I was doing. For a laugh I decided to saddle her. She's never been saddled before..... she was perfect???????

wanted to show how much overgrown invasive plants we have removed from our property over the past 2 years we've been here. First two photos were last year, third photo from this year. Please don't plant honeysuckle, it's a mess to get rid of.

When we were clearing out a bunch of invasive plants, we found this very rusted piece of art in the woods. I've decided I'm going to chronicle it's restoration process because this is keeping me from screaming over what's happening RN lol

Officially getting these two sweeties in June. One is a type B fleece, and the caramel girl is potentially a type C fleece. I'm going to be joining the local weavers guild to learn to process my own fleece into yarn. Super excited!

Garden is prepped and ready for some veggies, so is the herb box (I need to figure out a way to keep the deer out of it).

Taken this winter, my partner likes to call this the herds "band photo".
