🎯 Longstanding diarrhoea, weight loss, and iron deficiency anaemia. CT shows jejunoileal fold reversal with mild ileal dilatation and mesenteric nodes. Biopsy confirmed coeliac disease. Specific sign seen on CT, MRI, or small bowel studies.

🦴 X-ray: Sclerotic lesion with wide transition zone and Codman triangle in distal femur.

🧲 MRI: Soft tissue mass with periosteal reaction.

🧬 Dx: High-grade osteosarcoma.

🎯 History: Abdominal pain.

🎯 CT: Bilateral rectus sheath haematomas with increased muscle density. No definite bleeding point (no arterial phase). No intra-abdominal extension.

🎯 Usually unilateral, most often spontaneous in patients on anticoagulation.
