Thoracic CT demonstrates widespread subpleural thickening, reticular opacities, and a mild honeycombing pattern in both lungs. #chestdisease #familymedicine #medstudent #medicine #radiology #rheumatology #ct

There is also diffuse loss of subcutaneous fat tissue with focal areas of mildly increased T2 signal (red arrow). #radiology #dermatology #internalmedicine #radres #medstudent

Additionally, there are bilateral, symmetrical, heterogeneous hyperintense signal changes—resembling edema—predominantly affecting the anterior muscle groups of the thighs (white arrows), indicative of myositis. #radiology #internalmedicine #medstudent #dermatology #familymedicine

MRI of the both thigh reveals bilateral crescent-shaped, geographic lesions in the femoral heads consistent with osteonecrosis (formerly avascular necrosis) (yellow arrows). #radiology #rheumatology #radiologist #rheumatologist #dermatology #medicine

A geographic lytic lesion of Type I A pattern (white arrows) is observed on the right femur intertrochanteric-subtrochanteric area on the pelvic radiograph. The internal content contains calcification (blue arrow). The lesion is compatible with liposclerosing myxofibrous tumors.#radiology #medicine

The lesion's cortical location, patient age (pediatric), internal ossified matrix, and nidus size greater than 2 cm are suggestive of #osteoblastoma #radiology #mskrad #radres #skeletalradiology #medicine #orthopedics #medtwitter #radtwitter #orthotwitter #medstudenttwitter #doctor #resident

Cortical thickening in the lesion zone was again visualized (green arrows). Additionally, in the axial sections, diffuse edematous thickening and signal intensity increase in the biceps tendon of the affected soft tissue region are also noted (blue arrows) #medicine #medstudent #bonetumor #doctor

MRI revealed a lesion with heterogeneous low signal intensity on all images, attributed to the internal bone matrix (white arrows), and surrounding bone marrow and soft tissue edema-like signal changes (red arrows), consistent with reactive flare. #radiology #mskrad #medicine #doctor #orthopedics

A geographic lytic lesion with internal ossified matrix (white arrows) was identified in the mid-diaphysis of the right humerus, measuring approximately 3.5 cm in diameter. diffuse cortical thickening (green arrows) and non-aggressive solid periosteal reaction (yellow arrows) were noted.#radiology

On #radiographs, the lesion demonstrated a ground-glass appearance. Based on its matrix characteristics and the patient's age, the #radiologic #diagnosis is consistent with #fibrous #dysplasia. #radiology #medicine #radres #radiologist #mskradiology #residentdoctor #Doctor #orthopedics

MRI revealed a well-defined lesion in the cortical to subcortical region of the distal diaphysis of the left tibia, with a narrow zone of transition and no extension into adjacent soft tissues. On T1-weighted images, it appeared iso- to hypointense relative to muscle, and on fs fluid sensitive image

Computed Tomography (CT) revealed a burst fracture of the L4 vertebra, predominantly involving the anterior and middle columns (white arrows). Fracture fragments extending into the spinal canal were noted in the superior portion (yellow arrows).

MRI revealed edema-like signal changes involving the periosteal layer, subcortical bone marrow, and adjacent soft tissues along the anteromedial aspect of the mid-diaphysis of the tibia (arrows). These imaging characteristics strongly suggest grade 2 medial tibial stress syndrome (shin splints).

In our recent study, we found that the detection of leveling in the knee is most accurate when radiographs are taken in the standing position. To detect the fracture, X-Rays for knee trauma cases should be obtained with the patient in a standing position #radiology

In the MRI, a leveling is evident. Cortical impactions (black arrows) and associated edema-like signal changes are observed in the lateral condyle of the femur and the medial part of the patella.findings indicate a previous patellar dislocation. #radiology #mskradiology #radres

a leveling appearance, likely due to lipohemarthrosis (indicated by arrows), is visible in the left knee. Although no obvious displaced fracture is detected, the patient's history of trauma and this finding strongly suggest an intra-articular fracture. #radiology #mskradiology #mskrad
