Like, even if you hold the opinion that the changes to gameplay and setting of Dream Daddy and Hunie Pop mean they aren't 'played straight' dating sims, lumping them in with DDLC and Class of '09 like they're equally 'Anti-Dating Sim' to those, or doing a twist like Hatoful or Sucker is a bit much.

Hang on- I can accept lumping most of these into the 'subverts the theme' pile, but afaik, Dream Daddy is just a dating sim where you date older men, and Hunie Pop is a dating sim, period, even if it's also a bubble pop game.
I'd defend StP, but it shouldn't have the Dating Sim Steam tag it has.

Dunno, but I'm guessing it doesn't work on Bsky cause you can disconnect your post from quotes you don't want it connected to, I've heard.
Every once in a while, you see these technical improvements and it's just a great feeling.
