Good morning! How are you feeling? Lovely time at the theatre yesterday seeing The Weir, then sloping off after a catch-up to get back to sleep and try to pay back some of my sleep debt. Grey and wet here and my suitcase is begging to be unpacked… been an exciting 6 weeks! #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? I’m pretty tired, honestly. It’s super foggy here as we drive the astronaut to a school in Sharjah. Like, so foggy you can’t see the trees at side of road while on the road foggy. Not fun at all. #StayBright

This was done despite fierce opposition.

Good morn-afternoon! How are you feeling? Getting set to take an astronaut round some schools in Dubai next week and doing a little site seeing with him this afternoon which is fun. Trying to remember all I’ve done in past few weeks -so many things! Check out this cool Omani rock garden! #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? New day, new country! Currently in Dubai & reunited with luggage from earlier in the trip. Feeling quite emotional as I was scared I’d lost a ring my mother made, and it wasn’t in the place it might have been, but then found it in pocket of a bag. Whew. #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? I am in the middle of nowhere surrounded by rocky sandy desert. Here checking out the first spaceport in the Middle East. It’s in its infancy but definitely has potential. Didn’t get stung by a scorpion so that’s a win! #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? Up early today and getting set to explore a new part of Oman and visit the Etlaq Spaceport. Lovely Omani dinner and hospitality last night - and then a wonderful surprise that made me giggle back at the hotel. Am now proud owner of Oman football shirt! #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? No footballers at breakfast because I was up early for a trip to the Damanyiat islands where I am going to do some snorkelling and maybe even swim with a turtle or two. Fingers crossed for friendly sea creatures and not ones that bite! #StayBright
